Handling timeframes

Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex pieces ship within 4–6 business days. Each product page lists its own timeframe.

Estimates, not guarantees

Handling timeframes start the day the order is placed. Once a package leaves us, transit time is up to the carrier.

Packaging

Items ship in recyclable padded packaging. Fragile pieces such as lamps and miniatures get extra protection.
